Once on the Taylor River runners will head in a westerly direction and have the opportunity of running on either the purpose built concrete path or grass for the first 3km. Runner will stay on eastern side of the Taylor River. From the Burleigh Bridge the course is a well maintained gravel track from the 3km mark to the 7km mark where it meets Ben Morven Rd which is sealed. Runners make their way around what is commonly known as the "Ben Morven Circuit" where they turn left onto New Renwick Road which is sealed road surface. Participants will then turn left into the Brancott Road and make their way up the valley and turn right onto Wrekin Rd. There is a 3km section of gravel road from the end of Wrekin Road over into the Omaka Valley. It s back onto sealed road around the Hawkesbury Circuit before heading down to Dog Point Road. Once at the end of Dog Point Road runners will turn right onto New Renwick Road and make their way back to the Burleigh Bridge, back onto the Taylor River walkway and back to the start/finish.

The Half Marathon Course Map 21.1km.
This course runs the same course as the full marathon until just after the 12km mark when they get to the end of the Ben Morven Circuit. They will then turn
right onto New Renwick Road and head back to the Burleigh Bridge which then takes them onto the Taylor River and then back to the start/finish.
